Part 2  Update from the Ohio Statehouse, as Speaker Stephens has canceled session this week, causing great concern as to what his intentions are concerning HJR1, the resolution to raise the constitutional amendment passage to 60 percent. Time is running out; there are only two days to call for session next week: Tuesday or Wednesday, May 9th or 10th. Joining me to discuss the constitutional amendment process in the State of Ohio and the need to raise the threshold to 60 percent for passage is Greg Lawson, Research Fellow with the Buckeye Institute.
