Congressman Bill Johnson of Ohio's 6th District discusses what the loss of control of the U.S. House of Representatives means for Republicans, as they will now serve in the minority. Congressman Johnson expressed that the President has reached out to the Democrats to try to work together to advance good legislation to benefit the American People.
