SCOTUS to hear OSHA vaccine mandate order- Discussion with the Buckeye Institute
Greg Lawson, Senior Research Fellow with The Buckeye Institute, discusses the U.S. Supreme Court review of the OSHA vaccine mandate order. The Buckeye Institute has filed a lawsuit against the Biden Administration's OSHA vaccine mandate order, representing several business interests who will be severely harmed by the mandate if it is implemented on January 11th as scheduled. The Buckeye Institute, a conservative think tank here in the state of Ohio, filed the lawsuit asking the Court for an emergency stay on the order. SCOTUS picked up another legal challenge that will be in review that will be heard on Friday. If the Court does not act quickly, the Biden Administration's vaccine mandate order will go into effect nationally. Many predict absolute economic chaos if the order goes into effect, affecting millions of workers and every business that has at least 100 employees or more. All eyes are on the Court. It is the quiet before the storm. Tune in and tell a friend.
PART 2 - Max Miller Subpoenaed by January 6th Commission
In an unprecedented overreach of power, House Democrats have subpoenaed
former Trump officials to testify before the partisan January 6th
Commission. Breaking House rules, Nancy Pelosi blocked House Republicans,
including Ohio Congressman Jim Jordan, from appointing some of their own
members to the Commission. As a result, a serious review and investigation
of what took place on Jan 6th, 2020 at the U.S. Capitol will not take place.
What is happening is that House Democrats are playing political theater,
seeking to threaten and intimidate former Trump officials and intimidate
anyone who attended the rally in support of President Trump. Many Ohioans
attended the rally and then simply went home. Still, they were contacted by
the FBI and questioned about what they were doing in Washington D.C. on Jan 6th, 2020.
One has to ask the question - do we still live in a free country? Max Miller,
a candidate for the newly formed 13th Congressional District and a former senior advisor to President Trump, has been subpoenaed by the House Democrats.
The U.S. Marshals served the papers to him at his home here in Ohio. Max Miller explains what he and other Trump officials are going through as this unprecedented overreach by House Democrats continues, as they totally ignore President Trump's executive privilege.
