Important update on Ohio's Heartbeat Law with Ohio RTL President Mike Gonidakis
Ohio's Heartbeat Law currently has a judicial stay on it from a common pleas court in Hamilton County, Ohio. Judge Jenkins today extended that stay an additional fourteen days. Abortions are currently being performed for up to 20 weeks. The judge has until October 7th to issue a decision on the case. It could be disastrous, not only for Ohio's Heartbeat law but for all of Ohio's abortion restrictions. Mike Gonidakis, President of Ohio Right to Life breaks this news on today's News in Focus program. It is not known what the Democrat common pleas judge might do, but pro-life Ohioans should be prepared. The worst-case scenario is that abortion would be legal to the ninth month in Ohio like California and New York. Of course, the case will be appealed to the Ohio Supreme Court, but many believe it would be best to wait until after the election, making the Ohio Supreme Court races the most important Ohio Supreme Court races in many years. It will literally be a life and death decision for the unborn in Ohio. Tune in and hear this important informative interview with OCA President Chris Long and Ohio Right to Life President Mike Gonidakis.

Is it time to dismantle the FBI? The evidence is mounting that the agency no longer represents justice.
The political bias within the FBI has many calling for major reform or an outright dismantling of the agency. On this week's News in Focus, we share an interview in which Victor David Hansen calls for the dismantling of the FBI and lists the reasons why. Tune in and tell a friend.
The following is a report from The Washington Times. - A top FBI agent at the Washington field office reportedly resigned from his post last week after facing intense scrutiny over allegations he helped shield Hunter Biden from criminal investigations into his laptop and business dealings.
Timothy Thibault, an FBI assistant special agent in charge, was allegedly forced out after he was accused of political bias in his handling of probes involving President Biden’s son, sources told the Washington Times on Monday.
The agent was escorted out of the field office by at least two “headquarters-looking types” last Friday, the sources said.
Thibault and the FBI didn’t immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment on Monday.
Thibault, a 25-year-veteran, had already been on leave for a month after the top Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee, Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), started raising concerns about whistleblower claims the FBI had obstructed its own investigations into the first son.

The Ohio Christian Alliance statement concerning the FBI raid on former President Trump’s residence
The Ohio Christian Alliance is shocked and dismayed at this unprecedented overreach by the Justice Department and the FBI. This raid on former President Trump’s residence is alarming to many citizens of the United States. This has never happened before in our nation’s history. It is a bell that has rung that cannot be unrung and has set a precedent that has led many Americans to ask what is next. We are witnessing the political weaponizing of our federal agencies, creating an atmosphere of grave uncertainty about the future of our nation and of our civil liberties. We call on members of Congress to press the issue with the Democratic majority to hold hearings concerning the FBI raid on former President Trump's residence as to what happened and why. We agree with Congressmen Jim Jordan and Bill Johnson that the FBI Director Christopher Wray and U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland need to answer questions before members of Congress. We are in uncharted waters at this point in our nation's history and the Ohio Christian Alliance would ask all our followers to be watching and praying at this time. - OCA President Chris Long
