The High Court hears arguments on the 15-week abortion ban bill

On Wednesday, December 1st, the U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments on the Mississippi 15-week abortion ban bill. There is great expectation that the Court may uphold the Mississippi law, essentially overturning Roe v. Wade and sending abortion law back to the states. If that were to happen, Ohio's Heartbeat Bill would be enforced, as it is currently working its way through the lower courts. Joining me on today's program is Columbus Attorney Josh Brown who is a constitutional attorney. We discuss the history of Roe and Casey, and how the Court may rule on Dobbs, the Mississippi abortion ban law. Please join us in praying that the Court upholds the value of life in the womb. Tune in and tell a friend. Lee Strang's amicus brief on Dobbs.
